If you answer yes, we’d love to chat!</em></p> <div class="p-rich_text_section">We are looking for&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">part-time Support Associates (students)&nbsp;</strong>to join our Support team in Bratislava.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><br><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What you'll be doing:</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Handling incoming live chats (and occasionally phone calls) from our customers, venues, and couriers</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ensuring that the delivery operation runs smoothly</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">You have great communication skills with a personal touch, and a customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">You are a fast learner, you have no problem with multitasking, and you are ready to work in a fast-paced environment</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">You already have some experience in a customer-facing role, and you are passionate about service</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">This is a shift work position.
