We value diversity, inclusion and sustainability as we strive to make a positive impact on the world.&nbsp; Our development programs help support your growth, shaping your future and pushing the boundaries of innovation to unleash potential.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p>[Support]</p> <ul> <li>Gather information to investigate reported issues, reproduce the problems, and create bug reports for customer site tools.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including embedded software for control systems for customer site tools.<br>Able to triage mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.</li> <li>Work with QA to add reproduced issues to regression testing.</li> <li>Travel to customer sites to support installation, training, and troubleshooting of ASM products.</li> <li>When investigating reported issues, coordinate with the account team and GPS group rather than communicating directly with the customer.</li> </ul> <p>[QA]</p> <ul> <li>Test pre-release software as part of QA activities and create bug reports for any issues found.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Promote business improvement using Global QA tools.</li> <li>Evaluate designed/developed software with simulator and the actual tool.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work with support to add reproduced issues to regression testing.</li> <li>Responsible for setting up and managing the in-house software test environment.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Key Requirements</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>3 years+ of experience as software QA tester.</li> <li>Experience with JIRA and TestRail.</li> <li>Ability to work across cultural barriers.</li> <li>Language Requirements:</li> </ul> <p>Japanese: Fluent</p> <p>English: Business level</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in the semiconductor or FPD (Flat Panel Display) industry.</li> <li>Knowledge of semiconductor standards SEMI</li> <li>Programming experience in Pascal (Delphi), C, or C++.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Apply today to be part of what’s next.</strong></p> <p>We make the tech that enables the chips in devices which improve lives around the world.
