Salary: £43,000+ per annum
Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week

SDR Care is looking for a passionate and dedicated Supported Living Manager to lead a bespoke supported living service in Worthing, supporting a young individual with autism, a learning disability, and complex health needs, including epilepsy.

About the Role
As Supported Living Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of a highly personalised supported living service.
You will lead, support, and develop a dedicated team to ensure high-quality, person-centred support is provided consistently. You will promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes while ensuring the service meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, influence positive change, and create a support environment where the individual can truly thrive.
About the Individual We Support
The individual we support is:
- A young person with autism, a learning disability, and complex health needs
- Someone who enjoys building relationships and engaging with others
- Passionate about outdoor activities, music, water play, and trampolining
- Supported with epilepsy and requires a consistent, structured approach
Your leadership will help ensure they continue to enjoy meaningful experiences, develop confidence, and live life on their own terms.
About You
You will have:
- Previous management experience within supported living, residential care, or community services
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Experience leading and developing care teams
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding person-centred care
Working Pattern
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Participation in an on-call rota
- Flexible working arrangements considered
