DEFINITION: Under the supervision of the Office Supervisor, responsible for obtaining insurance Precertification/verification and billing information on inpatient and outpatient account. Responsible for transcribing pertinent data through the accounts receivable system. Must demonstrate good relations with the public and co-workers.
