If you enjoy being outdoors, running jobs, mentoring teammates, and delivering high-quality survey work—this is your role.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <p>Lead daily field operations and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and accurately:</p> <ul> <li>Direct and mentor Instrument Persons and field staff</li> <li>Perform and oversee: <ul> <li>Single-family platting</li> <li>ALTA/NSPS surveys</li> <li>Topographic (topo) surveys</li> <li>Easement and boundary surveys</li> <li>Construction staking &amp;
