Let’s talk.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Key Responsibilities:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Operate and maintain a variety of survey instruments, including GPS, Trimble total stations, and data collectors.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Collect accurate field data for boundary, topographic, and construction surveys.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Set up, operate, and adjust instruments under the direction of the Survey Party Chief.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Record and check field notes, measurements, and other documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist in establishing horizontal and vertical control points.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Adhere to company safety policies and field procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support efficient project completion by maintaining communication with the Survey Party Chief and office staff.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Qualifications:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Candidates must have a high school diploma/GED.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Must be a highly motivated individual with strong attention to detail.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Current valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to drive company vehicles is required.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Travel to and stay at project locations in multiple states on rare occasions.</span></li> <li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">During site visits, must be able to walk, lift, carry, stoop, bend, twist and work outdoors on uneven surfaces routinely.
