font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, considering factors like legal descriptions, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, easement documents, and Condominium Exhibit B documents.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Plan Modification:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;
