This is an opportunity to lead complex infrastructure work that directly impacts communities, while growing your career in a collaborative and flexible environment.</p> <h3 data-start="562" data-end="582">What You’ll Do</h3> <ul data-start="583" data-end="1112"> <li data-start="583" data-end="684"> <p data-start="585" data-end="684">Lead survey operations on highway and infrastructure projects from planning through construction.</p> </li> <li data-start="685" data-end="778"> <p data-start="687" data-end="778">Manage survey crews and office staff while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.</p> </li> <li data-start="779" data-end="872"> <p data-start="781" data-end="872">Oversee data collection, review, and analysis using Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.</p> </li> <li data-start="873" data-end="979"> <p data-start="875" data-end="979">Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and public agencies on roadway, bridge, and utility projects.</p> </li> <li data-start="980" data-end="1068"> <p data-start="982" data-end="1068">Provide construction staking, cut sheets, quantity estimates, and quality oversight.</p> </li> <li data-start="1069" data-end="1112"> <p data-start="1071" data-end="1112">Mentor and develop junior team members.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1114" data-end="1134">What You Bring</h3> <ul data-start="1135" data-end="1583"> <li data-start="1135" data-end="1198"> <p data-start="1137" data-end="1198">Professional Survey License (PLS / RLS) strongly preferred.</p> </li> <li data-start="1199" data-end="1279"> <p data-start="1201" data-end="1279">8+ years of survey or civil engineering experience with heavy highway focus.</p> </li> <li data-start="1280" data-end="1350"> <p data-start="1282" data-end="1350">Strong leadership skills with ability to manage teams and budgets.</p> </li> <li data-start="1351" data-end="1440"> <p data-start="1353" data-end="1440">Advanced knowledge of construction staking, GPS, traversing, and plan interpretation.</p> </li> <li data-start="1441" data-end="1517"> <p data-start="1443" data-end="1517">Familiarity with DOT standards and heavy highway construction processes.</p> </li> <li data-start="1518" data-end="1583"> <p data-start="1520" data-end="1583">Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center.</p> </li> </ul> <h3 data-start="1585" data-end="1601">Why Atwell</h3> <p data-start="1602" data-end="1842">At Atwell, you’ll have the autonomy to manage projects, the flexibility of hybrid work, and the support of a collaborative team.
