Senior Sustainability Specialist II

We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist (Downstream + ReCircle) to strengthen customer-facing sustainability activation across our Sales Territories and to help drive the operational execution and adoption of the ReCircle program across markets.

What you will do

• Enable Sales Territories with sustainability toolkits, templates, and tender-ready content.
• Support tenders and customer enquiries by translating sustainability topics into clear, quantifiable customer/procurement metrics.
• Coordinate sustainability inputs and evidence across functions to ensure timely, consistent responses.
• Develop and deliver sustainability training for Sales & Marketing, including Train-the-Trainer formats.
• Drive day-to-day operational support for ReCircle (market roll-outs, partner coordination, onboarding, adoption readiness).
• Track, report, and follow up on ReCircle KPIs; identify improvement opportunities and escalate risks when needed.

What you bring

• Solid understanding of sustainability/ESG topics and the ability to turn them into customer-relevant value and evidence.
• Experience supporting commercial teams (e.g., tenders, customer requests, workshops) with structured, high-quality outputs.
• Strong program execution skills, comfortable driving roll-outs and coordinating stakeholders and external partners.
• Clear communicator who can simplify complex topics and create practical guides, templates, and training.
• Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style; able to manage priorities and follow through on KPIs and improvements.
