responsible for&nbsp;providing&nbsp;regulatory&nbsp;guidance&nbsp;in addition to&nbsp;leading key components&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;compliance function for Fortitude Re.&nbsp;This&nbsp;includes ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations,&nbsp;developing&nbsp;and implementing compliance policies, and leading a team of compliance professionals.&nbsp;This will be a unique role where the&nbsp;SVP,&nbsp;Compliance Officer&nbsp;will&nbsp;lead&nbsp;the execution&nbsp;and operationalization&nbsp;of the enterprise compliance framework&nbsp;and&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;overseeing the organization’s operations&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;federal, state, and industry-specific regulations.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Review, conduct gap&nbsp;analysis&nbsp;and implement compliance policies and controls to&nbsp;comply with&nbsp;new regulations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the compliance program and make necessary adjustments.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee and support execution of key elements of the corporate compliance program including&nbsp;Cyber, Privacy, Data Security,&nbsp;Data Governance, AI Governance,&nbsp;AML, Fraud, Code of Conduct, third party risk management, etc.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Contribute to&nbsp;the&nbsp;Companies&nbsp;Governance processes, including board reporting.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee&nbsp;and manage&nbsp;Compliance technology with regulators and support&nbsp;regulatory interactions,&nbsp;providing&nbsp;legal/regulatory&nbsp;guidance&nbsp;during crises&nbsp;including&nbsp;guidance on regulatory, reputational, and about changes in regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the organization.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;submission of accounting, business administration, law, or&nbsp;a related&nbsp;field.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Advanced degree (MBA, JD) or professional certifications (e.g., Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)&nbsp;preferred.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 15&nbsp;years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field within a regulated industry.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in the reinsurance&nbsp;or insurance industry preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Investigation&nbsp;expertise, including employment and labor law experience&nbsp;preferred.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Extensive experience in developing and implementing effective compliance programs.&nbsp;</p> </li> </ul> </div> <div> <ul> <li> <p>Proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of managing interactions
