<p><strong>People Strategy & Business Partnership </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO and executive team on all matters related to people, organization design, and culture. </li>
<li>Translate business strategy into a multi-year people roadmap, with clear priorities around talent acquisition, retention, development, and culture. </li>
<li>Partner with executives on compensation, succession planning, and workforce risk. </li>
<li>Provide data-driven insights through HR analytics; design dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into workforce health and trends. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Culture, DEI & Employee Experience </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Define, measure, and evolve The Nuclear Company's culture as the company scales across geographies and functions. </li>
<li>Design and implement a comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy with measurable goals, accountability mechanisms, and transparent reporting. </li>
<li>Champion employee engagement; own the annual engagement survey process and translate insights into meaningful action plans. </li>
<li>Create programming that connects employees to The Nuclear Company's mission in the energy transition, fostering a sense of purpose and belonging. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Organizational Development & Learning </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build scalable leadership development programs that grow The Nuclear Company's next generation of managers and executives. </li>
<li>Own performance management design and execution, ensuring the system drives growth conversations rather than compliance exercises. </li>
<li>Design career pathing and internal mobility frameworks that improve retention and cross-functional collaboration. </li>
<li>Partner with functional leaders to identify organizational design needs and lead restructuring efforts as the business evolves. </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Total Rewards </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain competitive, equitable compensation and benefits programs benchmarked against both tech and energy industry peers. </li>
<li>Oversee equity plan administration, working closely with Legal and Finance to manage option grants, refreshes, and vesting through growth and potential liquidity events. </li>

<p><strong>People Operations </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure HR operations, systems, and processes are scalable, compliant, and employee-friendly. </li>
<li>Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment law across all operating jurisdictions; proactively manage employment risk. </li>
<li>Knowledge of Labor Law and Labor relations with an ability to navigate the culture of a non-exempt workforce. </li>
<li>Insight into managing Internal Communications. </li>
<li>Experience with scaling office operations culture throughout our offices.</li>
</ul>

The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role. </span></p>
