<ul>
<li>Drive project execution across teams</li>
<li>Identify and resolve production issues</li>
<li>Work with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Improve execution efficiency and delivery quality</li>
<li>Deliver projects on time and with expected outcomes</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Requirement (Must-Haves)</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of product management experience</li>
<li>Solid managements with Jira tracking system</li>
<li>Experience defining product requirements, features, and workflows</li>
<li>Familiar with system architecture and platform concepts</li>
<li>Able to identify issues and drive resolution independently</li>
</ul>

<h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience with NAS products and storage systems, with understanding of file systems, RAID, and data protection</li>
<li>Familiar with storage industry ecosystem and protocols such as SMB, NFS, or iSCSI</li>
<li>Understanding of performance, reliability, capacity considerations, and marketing sensitivity for storage products</li>
