Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Swedish-Speaking Customer Expert to join a leading food delivery service based in Athens, Greece. As a Customer Expert, you will be the primary support contact for Swedish-speaking customers, assisting them with their orders and ensuring a smooth and satisfying food delivery process. Your responsiveness and problem-solving skills will make a significant difference in maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Swedish through phone, email, and live chat channels
• Assist customers with placing, tracking, and managing their food delivery orders
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
• Work closely with delivery and operations teams to handle service incidents efficiently
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality sectors
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• A positive, customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece with paid relocation assistance
