As a Customer Expert, you will provide exemplary support to Swedish-speaking customers, ensuring their food delivery experience is smooth and satisfying. Your role will involve resolving customer inquiries, managing orders, and delivering excellent service to maintain customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support in Swedish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution
• Address complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly
• Collaborate with operational and delivery teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute feedback to management
• Participate actively in training and development initiatives

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with paid assistance provided
