As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing essential support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from Swedish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
• Troubleshoot fundamental technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating issues as needed.
• Communicate clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies to clients.
• Document interactions and resolutions thoroughly in the support management system.
• Guide customers in utilizing product features and provide useful tips to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with other team members to foster improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, updates, and industry trends to deliver informed assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Swedish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
• Capability to perform well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and skilled at multitasking.
• A proactive approach to customer service and a passion for aiding clients.
