As a Swim Instructor with adaptive experience, you’ll design inclusive swim lessons tailored to individuals of all abilities. You’ll use creativity, empathy, and adaptive teaching methods to help every swimmer feel safe, successful, and confident in the water. Key skills: adaptive aquatics, inclusion, patience, communication, water safety, individualized instruction, empathy.
