Business Function

Group Operations enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, people capability and innovation.In Group Operations, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day Corp loan transactions are promptly & accurately recons within stipulated Service Level Agreement including handing of enquiries from Business Units/Team members.
• Ensure all reconciliation steps and tasks assigned are carried out in accordance with the operating and compliance procedures
• Work closely within/across teams, Business Units and other stakeholders on the daily transactions
• Support Team Manager on projects/initiatives
• Assist on maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures
• Timely escalation of operational risks incidents
• Participate in ad-hoc projects (including UAT/LVs) and ensuring that the assigned tasks are completed within stipulated time frame

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience in loan processing, exceptional handling investigation skillset with strong accounting & GL knowledge.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams.
