About Us

Syracuse Build is creating a robust construction talent pipeline for major capital projects in Syracuse by activating partnerships and networks, launching programs, and connecting city residents, especially women and people of color, to career pathways in construction related fields.
Syracuse Build aligns local government, anchor institutions, construction employers, unions, and training providers in a coordinated network of community, training and workforce partners.

Our Programs

Syracuse Build adopts nationally recognized best practices and aligns with local partners to support and develop training programs. Our partnerships with employers are vital to this process as they help to identify the necessary employable skills needed for positions in construction. This ensures Syracuse Build candidates are prepared for upcoming opportunities.
