System Analyst

<p></p> <p><strong>SYSTEM ANALYST</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Important Information</strong></p> <p><strong>Location: Singapore</strong></p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs</li> <li>Design end‑to‑end campaign management solutions covering data sourcing, segmentation, targeting, execution, fulfilment, and measurement</li> <li>Lead solution design ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and control standards</li> <li>Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and obtain solution sign‑off</li> <li>Own end‑to‑end project delivery, including planning, estimation, risk management, and scope control</li> <li>Partner with architects, testing teams, vendors, and production support to ensure quality delivery</li> <li>Oversee SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing with Test Management teams</li> <li>Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous service and performance improvements</li> <li>Contribute to product and tool selection through RFPs and proof‑of‑concepts</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related discipline</li> <li>8+ years of IT experience with strong background in technical project delivery</li> <li>Proven experience delivering marketing automation or campaign management solutions</li> <li>Strong understanding of the SDLC, including Agile delivery</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and executive‑level communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently, multi‑task, and deliver under pressure</li> </ul> <p>Key Domain :</p> <p><strong>Functional Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>End‑to‑end real‑time and batch campaign management</li> <li>Targeting, segmentation, offer eligibility, prioritization, approvals, and closed‑loop reporting</li> <li>Strong financial services business domain knowledge</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Adobe Campaign (hybrid on‑premise and cloud)</li> <li>Adobe Analytics, AEM (preferred)</li> <li>Experience with Unica, SAS Marketing Automation, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (advantageous)</li> <li>Integration and customization using APIs, Java, JavaScript, SQL, XML, and data modelling</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Encora</strong></p> <p>Encora is a global company that offers Software and Digital Engineering solutions.
