<h3><strong>What We Need:</strong></h3>
<p class="p2">The Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist is the primary owner of regional recruitment across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam. Approximately 60–80% of this role is talent acquisition – sourcing, screening, and managing the end-to-end hiring process for open roles. The remainder covers HR operational responsibilities including pre-boarding coordination, offer letter support, and day-to-day administrative HR tasks. This role is based in Singapore and works closely with hiring managers across the region and manages external recruitment agencies and job platforms.This role reports to the HR Assistant Manager - People Experience & Projects on a day-to-day basis and interacts closely with the HR Assistant Manager - People Operations.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<p class="p3">● Own end-to-end recruitment for SG and regional open roles — sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and candidate management<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for each open role in consultation with hiring managers<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate hiring panels<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Manage candidate pipeline in the ATS; ensure data accuracy and full pipeline visibility<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Manage verbal offer, negotiation, and offer process coordination with – People Operations<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Post all open roles across approved job boards and platforms<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Brief and manage external recruitment agencies as necessary<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Review job descriptions for recruitment suitability; flag gaps to hiring manager<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>

<p class="p3">● Coordinate Day 1 logistics, buddy assignment, and calendar scheduling for SG new joiners<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Track SG probation calendar and trigger reminders to line managers at the 4-week and 2-week marks<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Support pre-boarding process for SG — coordinate role details with the hiring manager and hand off to the People Operations Team.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p>● Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p3">● Support HR policy communication and implementation<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p5">● As part of a lean HR team, this role will at times support broader HR administration as required.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1"><strong>HR Systems & Reporting<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></strong></p>
<p class="p2">● Administer ATS — including data integrity and user access<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p2">● Track and report recruitment metrics monthly (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p2">● Identify areas for process improvement and automation<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p2">● Support HR transformation initiatives<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<h3><strong>Who We Think Will Be A Great Fit:</strong></h3>
<p class="p1">● Diploma education with ability to communicate well in English, Bachelor’s degree is preferable<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1">● Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring as a recruiter in both software development and non-technology related roles across junior and mid-level roles. Recruitment experience for software and related technology roles is a must for this job.<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1">● Experience in regional ASEAN recruitment is preferred<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1">● Familiar with ATS systems (eg, Greenhouse) and HRIS<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1">● Strong knowledge of local labour regulations (Singapore experience required; regional exposure advantageous)<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1">● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1">● Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple entities concurrently<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
<p class="p1">● Proficient in Google Workspace use especially the use of Google Sheets reporting<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span></p>
