About the role
⭐ About Tagvenue
At Tagvenue, we’re building a SaaS-enabled marketplace that is redefining how people discover and book venues around the world. We’re a team of highly capable and deeply curious people who care about solving meaningful problems and influencing how the venue-hire market operates globally.
Every month, thousands of events are planned through Tagvenue - from corporate offsites and private dinners to workshops, film productions and weddings. We connect people with unique spaces, matching what users need with the best venues on our marketplace.
⭐ About the Role
We're looking for an Intern to join our team for a 6-month paid internship. This is a real role with real responsibilities — you'll get hands-on exposure to how an international marketplace operates across customer service, sales, account management, and user experience. You'll work closely with an experienced mentor who will guide your development, share book recommendations, and walk you through real business challenges we face as a company. Success in this role looks like someone who takes ownership, shows up curious every day, and finishes the internship with a genuine understanding of how a fast-growing tech company works in practice.
At the moment, we are hiring a Product Operations Intern.
⭐ What You'll Do
Enhancing product and supply quality through internal process development and quality assurance.
Staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings to implement best practices.
Using data analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights for decisions.
Conducting user and market research to support product development.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align products and services with customer needs and market demands.
⭐ What We're Looking For
Must-have:
Current student status
Comfortable communicating in English — written and spoken
A genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally, especially in UX/UI/product development & management
Available at least 30 hours per week
Nice-to-have:
Some prior experience or coursework related to business, marketing, or tech
Familiarity with project management tools or SCRUM methodology
⭐ What Makes Us a Great Place to Work
💸 Paid internship — 31,40 PLN/h gross (Umowa Zlecenie)
📅 6-month internship with the possibility of extension or continued cooperation
👩🏫 Dedicated mentor from day one who will guide you throughout the whole experience
📘 Book allowance to support your personal and professional growth
🕐 Flexible working hours — no problem fitting it around your university schedule
🏢 100% remote
🦸 No dress code — ever
⭐ Recruitment Steps
Application review — we'll review your CV and application
HR interview — a 30-minute call to learn about your background, interests, and motivations
Task - to check your problem solving skills
Interview with the Hiring Manager — a deeper conversation with the team lead you'd be working with to see if it's a mutual match
Offer — if it's a match, we move quickly
Please note:
1. To apply for this opportunity, kindly submit your resume in English. This is crucial since our hiring team operates on an international scale, and having resumes in English ensures effective communication and evaluation.
2. We regularly recruit interns across various departments throughout the year and because of that, we accept applications at all times even if we are not actively hiring at the moment. This can mean that it might take us some time to get back to you. We appreciate your interest and patience.
