- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR consulting.
- Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technology tools.
- Passion for talent management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
