</ul></div><h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3>
<p>As a <strong>Talent Acquisition Intern</strong> at Catawiki, you'll have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full talent lifecycle. You will work closely with our Talent Management team, supporting our efforts to hire but also develop, and onboard top talent. </p>
<p>Your Responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Intern Recruitment</strong>: Lead our intern hiring process, including interviewing, managing processes, and extending offers, while collaborating with various departments to identify and attract top talent.</li>
<li><strong>Onboarding New Employees: </strong>Support the welcoming of new hires during their first week to ensure a smooth transition.<br><br></li>

<h3><strong>About the team</strong></h3>
<p>Our Talent Management team consists of Talent Acquisition, Operations and L&D specialists. We work in a hybrid environment, coming together a couple of times per week in our Amsterdam office to align, learn and grow together (and of course… eat doughnuts!). We’re a fun, social and international team who are passionate about finding and developing the best Talent.<br><br></p>
<h3><strong>What you’ll bring</strong></h3>
<p>A proactive approach and strong organizational skills with an eagerness to learn about the different aspects of Talent Management. In addition:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>In order to be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student in a Dutch university during the entire internship period. A tri-party agreement will be requested.</strong></li>
<li><strong>You are available starting September 2026</strong></li>
<li>Strong interest in Talent Acquisition</li>
<li>A can-do attitude; a desire to work hard and be flexible.</li>
<li>Detail oriented and data-savvy, able to handle basic reporting and analysis tasks. </li>
<li>An interest in managing and implementing campus recruitment partnerships and campaigns. </li>
<li>Excellent communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams.</li>
<li>Comfortable with Microsoft Office and G Suite.</li>
<li>HBO / WO student within the field of HRM / Educational Sciences / A&O Psychology/ Marketing/PR (related studies are welcome).</li>

<h3><strong>Our Offices and Way of Working</strong></h3>
<p class="p1">Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.</p>
