This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience from intake through offer acceptance.  The role plays a key part in maintaining hiring momentum by proactively managing pipelines, identifying risks early, and adapting strategies to meet evolving business priorities. Operating with a high level of ownership and accountability, the TA Senior Associate contributes to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition function through strong execution, stakeholder
