About the role

<h2><strong>As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner Senior Executive will support end-to-end hiring activities and daily people operations to ensure efficient recruitment processes and smooth employee experience across assigned teams while acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The position will focus on recruitment delivery, HR coordination, employee operations, and day-to-day people support, while working closely with TA Manager and Head of People to support business and organizational needs.</strong></h2> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2> <p><strong>Talent Acquisition: </strong><strong><br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer management and onboarding.</li> <li>Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and headhunting.</li> <li>Manage candidate experience to ensure positive candidate outcomes</li> <li>Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates</li> <li>Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.</li> <li>Coordinate with Hiring Managers on best hiring practices and decisions, advise stakeholders on talent market insights, hiring trends, and candidate availability.</li> <li>Coordinate with the HR &amp; Communications Team to organize engagement activities and develop materials for employer branding.</li> <li>Manage the onboarding process and contribute to improving employee experience</li> <li>Support the departments as needed</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Partner:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Coordinating with the Head of People in executing people initiatives and day-to-day HR partnering activities across assigned departments.</li> <li>Act as HR PIC for assigned departments on daily people-related matters, supporting the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage and coordinate performance review cycles, including timeline tracking and process communication.</li> <li>Ensure consistent and fair application of policies and practices, balancing business needs with employee experience</li> <li>Support managers on operational people matters including attendance follow-up, employee concerns, and team coordination.</li> <li>Prepare talent reports, workforce data, and people insights for business reviews</li> <li>Support ad-hoc HR projects and operational tasks assigned by the People team.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree is required&nbsp;</li> <li>At least 5 years of working experience in the full life cycle of recruitment, TABP is a must, and experience in the Digital Marketing, E-commerce industry is a plus.</li> <li>Proven experience in HR generalist, People Partner role is a plus.</li> <li>Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.</li> <li>Strong coordination and communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor market trends, and employer branding.</li> <li>Strong growth-mindset&nbsp;</li> <li>Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility</li> <li>Good command of English</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why You'll Love It</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Competitive Salary</li> <li>Performance Review (2 times per year)</li> <li>Performance Bonus&nbsp;</li> <li>Annual Leave: 15 days and 8 paid sick leaves</li> <li>Private Health Insurance</li> <li>TGIF, monthly birthday, and other fun events</li> <li>MacBook to be provided</li> <li>Good chance to explore new trends in the digital market</li> <li>Opportunity to learn and work with the most advanced advertising technology platforms</li> <li>Work in a professional, active, international, and dynamic environment</li> <li><span style="color: rgb(35, 111, 161);">A<span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);">d</span></span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="color: rgb(132, 63, 161);">v</span><span style="color: rgb(185, 106, 217);">a</span><span style="color: rgb(186, 55, 42);">n</span><span style="color: rgb(224, 62, 45);">c</span><span style="color: rgb(230, 126, 35);">e</span><span style="color: rgb(241, 196, 15);">d</span> <span style="color: rgb(22, 145, 121);">A</span></span><span style="color: rgb(45, 194, 107);">I</span> tools for all positions</li> <li>&nbsp;</li> </ul>
