Your responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Manage the full recruitment lifecycle</strong>, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees to facilitate a flawless integration into the PALO culture.</li> <li><strong>Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies</strong> that align with organizational goals and enhance our employer brand, ensuring that we attract top talent across all levels.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers</strong> to understand their staffing needs and define role requirements, fostering strong partnerships to facilitate effective recruitment.</li> <li><strong>Utilize various sourcing techniques</strong>, including social media, job boards, and networking events to identify and attract prospective candidates.</li> <li><strong>Enhance the candidate experience</strong> by maintaining timely communication and providing feedback throughout the recruitment process, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed.</li> <li><strong>Participate in building a strong company culture</strong> through talent mapping, diversity initiatives, and employee referral programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.</li> <li><strong>Monitor recruitment metrics</strong> and leverage data analytics to improve recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process continuously.</li> </ul> <h3>Who You Are</h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of multitasking and effectively managing competing priorities.</li> <li>Ability to work independently with a proactive problem-solving approach while also being an effective team player.</li> <li>A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment, advocating for diversity and equality in the workplace.</li> <li>English B2</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-teams="true">&nbsp;</span>More About PALO IT</strong></p> <p>We’re eager to adapt to change, learn from our experiences and move to meet our planet’s urgent needs.
