Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- +4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven experience recruiting Administrative, Professional, Specialist, Senior, and Leadership positions.
- Advanced Conversational English (mandatory).
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience working with hiring managers and business leaders.

Main Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for administrative and professional positions.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand talent needs and provide market insights.
• Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities across different business units.
• Drive recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
