About the role

Advantech is currently looking for an experienced and hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to join our Neihu headquarter team to support full-cycle recruitment activities across assigned business units. This role will be responsible for executing the end-to-end hiring process, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role will be responsible for executing the end-to-end hiring process, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Execution

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer discussion, and onboarding follow-up.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team needs, and candidate profiles.
  • Provide market insights and candidate feedback to support hiring decisions.
  • Ensure recruitment progress is well-tracked and hiring timelines are properly managed.

Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Building

  • Use various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, internal database, and other recruitment platforms to identify suitable candida

  • ngs.Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions, especially for technology, sales, engineering, product, or corporate function roles.
  • Support employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns when needed.

Screening, Interview Coordination and Assessment

  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone or online screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, motivation, and role fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Support competency-based interview processes and help collect structured feedback from interviewers.
  • Assist hiring managers in comparing candidate strengths, risks, and overall suitability.

Stakeholder and Candidate Management

  • Build positive working relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, candidates, and recruitment partners.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle recruitment-related communication in a clear, timely, and professional manner.

Recruitment Operations and Process Improvement

  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information in internal systems.
  • Support recruitment reporting, data tracking, and hiring analysis.
  • Participate in recruitment process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Assist in optimizing recruitment tools, templates, dashboards, and workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR-related roles.
  • Experience in technology, manufacturing, B2B, or fast-paced organizations is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer process.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Good understanding of recruitment practices, interview methods, and basic labor regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple openings at the same time.
  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Data awareness and the ability to summarize recruitment status, challenges, and market observations.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and service mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience recruiting for sales, product management, engineering, IT, supply chain, or corporate function roles.Experience supporting mid-to-senior level hiring is a plus.
  • English communication ability is a plus.Experience in recruitment projects, employer branding, campus recruitment, or process improvement is a plus.
