<p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / HR Administrator to join our growing team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about creating a positive employee and candidate experience. In this position, you’ll play a key role in supporting both recruiting efforts and day-to-day HR operations that directly contribute to Trinity’s continued growth and success.</p>
<p>Work Location: 4100 W Galveston St #4, Chandler, AZ 85226<br>Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p>
<h2>How You Will Be Rewarded as a Recruiter / HR Administrator:</h2>
<p><strong>Compensation:</strong> Competitive pay, $85,000 - $95,000, based on experience<br><strong>Benefits:</strong> Medical (Cigna), Dental, Vision, 401k (5% match with immediate vesting), HSA & FSA, employer-paid Life & AD&D benefits<br><strong>Sick Time:</strong> Employer-paid</p>
<h2>Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter / HR Administrator:</h2>
<h3>Recruiting & Talent Acquisition</h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to support recruiting efforts for open positions across the organization</li>
<li>Source, screen, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, hiring updates, and offer process support</li>
<li>Manage open requisitions while maintaining organization, timely communication, and hiring goals</li>
<li>Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition updates within the ATS/HRIS</li>
<li>Support a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of recruitment</li>
</ul>
<h3>Onboarding & Employee Support</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, background checks, and new hire paperwork</li>
<li>Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure employees are prepared for a successful first day</li>
<li>Partner with internal teams to support system access, compliance requirements, and onboarding readiness</li>
<li>Maintain organized and compliant employee files and records</li>
</ul>
<h3>HR Administration</h3>
<ul>
<li>Support HRIS administration, employee updates, and record maintenance</li>
<li>Assist with workers’ compensation and leave administration processes</li>
<li>Respond to employee questions related to benefits, payroll, policies, leaves of absence, and HR processes</li>
<li>Support HR reporting, audits, compliance tracking, and special HR projects</li>
<li>Assist HR leadership with employee support initiatives and operational projects</li>
<li>Represent Trinity in a professional manner while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company policies and values</li>
</ul>
<h2>Qualifications & Skills of a Recruiter / HR Administrator:</h2>
<h3>Education / Experience</h3>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li data-section-id="1y3jb5k" data-start="311" data-end="355">High school diploma or equivalent required</li>
<li data-section-id="pijyw1" data-start="356" data-end="460">Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred</li>
<li data-section-id="1g8z94g" data-start="461" data-end="579">Minimum of 5+ years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and/or HR Management experience required</li>
<li data-section-id="4tp9ue" data-start="580" data-end="701">Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations required</li>
<li data-section-id="tmepj4" data-start="702" data-end="748">Experience using Greenhouse ATS required</li>
<li data-section-id="1elniyv" data-start="749" data-end="789">Experience with HRIS systems preferred</li>
</ul>

<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and HR-related systems</li>
<li>Ability to adapt, prioritize, and support operational needs as the organization continues to grow</li>
</ul>
<h3>Physical & Mental Requirements:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and interruptions</li>
<li>Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Must be able to maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling sensitive information</li>
