About the role

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support recruitment teams across different locations and time zones
  • Oversee the full recruitment process from job opening to offer acceptance
  • Assign roles to recruiters, monitor progress, and make sure hiring goals are met
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
  • Review recruitment pipelines and help recruiters move candidates through the process efficiently
  • Improve recruiting workflows, communication, reporting, and team performance
  • Track hiring progress, open positions, time-to-fill, and recruiter productivity
  • Train, coach, and support recruiters to improve results and candidate quality
  • Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates, recruiters, and internal managers
  • Support international hiring needs and coordinate recruitment activity across multiple markets
  • Maintain accurate information in the ATS and ensure proper use of recruitment tools
  • Help build strong sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and high-priority roles

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
  • Experience managing recruiters or recruitment teams
  • Experience working with international teams is required
  • Strong leadership, people management, and team coordination skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and open roles at the same time
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working with ATS systems
  • Experience with Pinpoint ATS is a strong plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring white and blue collar roles
  • Experience managing high-volume recruitment
  • Experience improving recruitment processes and recruiter performance
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams
