- Bachelor's degree (completed or final semester) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR practices is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
