Your responsibilities will include aligning qualified candidates with our hiring needs, leveraging data-centric sourcing strategies, and utilizing your expertise in the enterprise applications market to attract top talent to C3 AI.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Consult with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify qualified candidates.</li> <li>Engage actively and passively sourced candidates through digital platforms and direct outreach methods.</li> <li>Build and nurture candidate pipelines by creating compelling talent marketing content and promoting the C3 AI employee value proposition.</li> <li>Conduct initial candidate screenings to explain role specifics and assess qualifications.</li> <li>Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates and support as needed.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with hiring managers to facilitate successful candidate offers and closures.</li> <li>Utilize ATS (Greenhouse) to maintain records, track metrics, and optimize recruitment activities.</li> <li>Generate and utilize reports to focus recruitment efforts and keep stakeholders informed on hiring progress.</li> <li>Work collaboratively within the talent acquisition team to ensure high-quality service delivery and exceed recruitment performance metrics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree.</li> <li>5+ years of recruiting experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) / Platform as a Service (PaaS) industry, either in-house or with an agency.</li> <li>Experience in recruiting for domains such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, data science, and cloud computing is advantageous.</li> <li>3+ years of experience recruiting for G&amp;A, Engineering or go-to-market organizations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Familiarity with US domestic and international talent markets.</li> <li>Understanding of enterprise Platform as a Service (PaaS) skills requirements.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with a keen sense of judgment and problem-solving capabilities.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.</li> <li>Proficiency with ATS software, Greenhouse is preferred.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship</strong></span><strong>.</strong></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>C3 AI provides excellent benefits, a competitive compensation package and generous equity plan.&nbsp;</p></div><div class="title">California Base Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$130,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$175,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>C3 AI is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
