As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.</p> <p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p> <p>As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across a variety of functions. You’ll help attract, engage, and hire top talent while continuously improving our recruiting processes and employer brand.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of roles across multiple departments.</li> <li>Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver exceptional talent.</li> <li>Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.</li> <li>Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.</li> <li>Guide hiring teams on best practices related to interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li> <li>Ensure a positive, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li>Track recruiting metrics and use data to drive decision-making and process improvements.</li> <li>Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.</li> <li>Collaborate with HR and People Operations teams on onboarding and workforce planning initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth company, agency, or corporate environment.</li> <li>Proven ability to recruit across a variety of functions and levels.</li> <li>Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive candidates.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.</li> <li>Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.</li> <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.</li> <li>Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience supporting hiring in a startup or scaling organization.</li> <li>Familiarity with workforce planning and talent market intelligence.</li> <li>Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, or leadership roles.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p> <ul> <li>Opportunity to make a significant impact on company growth and culture.</li> <li>Collaborative, people-first environment.</li> <li>Competitive compensation and benefits package.</li> <li>Professional development and career growth opportunities.</li> <li>Flexible work arrangements.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p> <p>Base Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 Annually</p> <ul> <li>Actual compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skills and/or location</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>SMC offers a competitive benefits package, with a 36-hour standard work week, hybrid working arrangement, 13 paid holidays, 100% coverage of medical, health, and dental insurance premiums for our full-time employees, and reimbursement of professional licensing costs. Spouse and family insurance premiums are subsidized by SMC.
