This role will focus on the <strong>Sales hiring stream</strong> — one of the fastest-growing and most business-critical areas at SumUp.</p> <p>As a <strong>Talent Acquisition Partner,</strong> you’ll work day-to-day with Sales leaders across Europe and help design and deliver a best-in-class, data-driven hiring process that supports our commercial expansion and raises the bar for hiring quality and candidate experience.</p> <p>You’ll be based in one of our main hubs, <strong>London </strong>and collaborate closely with colleagues across multiple European markets.</p> <h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Own the <strong>end-to-end recruitment process</strong> for Sales roles across Europe.</li> <li>Partner with Sales leaders to <strong>define scorecards, interview loops, and SLAs</strong>, ensuring alignment and quality.</li> <li>Build <strong>persona-based sourcing plans</strong> and collaborate with Employer Branding to craft targeted messaging.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain a <strong>structured, data-informed process</strong>, analysing funnel performance and driving improvements.</li> <li>Champion <strong>candidate experience</strong>, ensuring timely communication and a high standard of engagement.</li> <li>Leverage <strong>automation and TA tools</strong> (e.g. Greenhouse, Looker, Brighthire) to improve efficiency and consistency.</li> <li>Drive <strong>weekly funnel reviews</strong>, highlight insights, and partner with stakeholders to remove blockers.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You’ll Be Great for This Role If You</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Bring <strong>hands-on experience in high-volume Sales recruitment</strong>, ideally across multiple European markets.</li> <li>Have a proven track record in <strong>structured hiring</strong> (scorecards, interviewer training, data-driven decision-making).</li> <li>Excel at <strong>building relationships</strong> with stakeholders and influencing hiring managers as a trusted advisor.</li> <li>Use <strong>data and insights</strong> to guide hiring strategy and continuously improve funnel performance.</li> <li>Have strong <strong>communication and prioritisation skills</strong>, thriving in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.</li> <li>Are naturally curious, proactive, and <strong>motivated by creating great candidate and stakeholder experiences</strong>.</li> <li>Fluency in English and an additional European language (e.g. Italian, French, German, Portuguese or Spanish).</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why You Should Join SumUp</strong></h2> <p>🌎 Opportunity to work with SumUppers globally on large-scale fintech products used by millions of businesses worldwide, from our Berlin office.
