The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>GTM&nbsp;Talent Partner</strong> who understands modern B2B marketing and knows how to identify high-impact talent in a fast-growing environment.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own <strong>end-to-end recruiting</strong> for GTM roles&nbsp;</li> <li>Partner with Marketing leadership to define <strong>role scope and success profiles</strong></li> <li>Build <strong>targeted pipelines</strong> from top SaaS, cybersecurity, and tech companies</li> <li>Lead <strong>direct sourcing and candidate engagement strategy</strong></li> <li>Drive <strong>high-quality interview processes and candidate experience</strong></li> <li>Provide insights on <strong>market trends, compensation, and talent landscape</strong></li> <li>Act as a <strong>thought partner</strong> to hiring managers, ensuring a strong hiring bar</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of <strong>full-cycle recruiting experience</strong>, with focus on GTM roles</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>B2B marketing functions</strong></li> <li>Experience hiring in <strong>SaaS / cybersecurity / high-growth startup environments</strong></li> <li>Strong <strong>sourcing and outbound recruiting skills</strong></li> <li>Ability to identify <strong>high-impact vs. average talent</strong></li> <li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li> <li>Comfortable operating in a <strong>fast-paced, evolving environment</strong></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Equal opportunity</strong></p> <p>Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer.
