We're looking for a Talent Acquisition - Sourcing Specialist who proactively seeks out exceptional people, builds genuine relationships with them, and introduces them to BIS long before they ever think about applying.
About the role:
This is a headhunter-style sourcing role. You will spend your days finding top-tier talent, reaching out cold and warm, having coffees and conversations, and building a pipeline of people we would love to hire - often well before a role even opens. The proof of your work is real hires: candidates who join BIS because you found them and kept them engaged.
This is an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, AB office. Occasional travel may be required to attend networking events, conferences, career fairs, and other talent-focused community initiatives.
