<h3><strong>THE ROLE</strong></h3>
<p class="p3">As a <span class="s2"><strong>Talent Acquisition Specialist</strong></span>, you’ll be the bridge between our regional hiring needs and our global People & Talent strategy. Your mission will be to <span class="s2"><strong>lead end-to-end recruitment</strong></span> processes for regional teams, empower <span class="s2"><strong>hiring managers and People Business Partners</strong></span>, and act as a strategic advisor in building high-performing teams across our 5 core markets.</p>
<p class="p3">You’ll work closely with General Managers, Regional Ops Directors, PBPs and the central People & TA teams, helping them make the right hires at the right time, while bringing structure, best practices, and great candidate experience to everything you do.</p>
<h3><strong>WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li class="p1">Manage full-cycle recruitment for <span class="s1">office and field roles</span> across multiple countries and functions.</li>
<li class="p1">Partner with GMs and PBPs to deeply understand <span class="s1">hiring needs</span>, define scorecards and build tailored sourcing strategies.</li>
<li class="p1">Coach and enable hiring managers on <span class="s1">best hiring practices</span>, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.</li>
<li class="p1">Support and train regional stakeholders to become more autonomous in hiring, while jumping in hands-on when needed.</li>
<li class="p1">Leverage <span class="s1">data</span> to improve hiring outcomes, monitor pipeline efficiency, and support decision-making.</li>
<li class="p1">Help develop and scale TA processes, tooling and reporting with a focus on <span class="s1">quality, speed, and alignment</span>.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?</strong></h3>
<h4><strong>Must-haves</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li class="p1"><span class="s1">5+ years of experience in Recruitment, with a minimum 2 years of experience</span> in a recruitment agency (ideally executive search) and <span class="s1">t least 1 year experience of in-house </span>recruitment.</li>
<li class="p1">Proven ability to manage <span class="s1">international and high-volume recruitment</span> across multiple regions.</li>
<li class="p1">Strong experience with <span class="s1">outbound sourcing</span>, owning the pipeline and process end-to-end.</li>
<li class="p1">Experience working in or with <span class="s1">fast-scaling environments</span> (startups/scale-ups).</li>
<li class="p1">Fluent in <span class="s1">English</span>.</li>
<li class="p1">Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.</li>
<li class="p1">Ability to work methodically and independently in a <span class="s1">fast-paced, ever-changing environment</span>.</li>
<li class="p1">(Nice-to-have) Experience with HR generalist tasks<span class="s1">, </span>budgeting<span class="s1">, and/or </span>data analysis<span class="s1">.</span></li>
<li class="p1">(Nice-to-have) Previous experience recruiting for <span class="s1">field</span> roles.</li>
