This person will drive and refine our recruitment strategies while managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across all seniority levels, including AI/ML, Sales, Data, DevOps, UX Design, and more.</p> <p>Join us, feed your need to grow with a team you’re proud to be a part of.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Interview candidates across all seniority levels and regions, evaluating technical and soft-skills requirements.</li> <li>Guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and cultural fit.</li> <li>Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure an efficient, high-quality process.</li> <li>Leverage marketing expertise to develop regional and global recruiting initiatives.</li> <li>Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on the relevant metrics.</li> <li>Suggest and implement improvements along the entire recruiting process.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Hard Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience recruiting technical profiles, with proven experience working in the IT industry</li> <li>Strong interviewing and people-managing skills</li> <li>Proficiency with ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle (Greenhouse experience is a plus)</li> <li>Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, trends and KPIs to optimize hiring processes</li> <li>Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects, timelines and stakeholders</li> </ul> <p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent English language skills: As a global team we work entirely in English for meetings, customer calls and business communications</li> <li>CV in English</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personality Profile</strong></p> <ul> <li>Curious: You strive to learn about the different the industries and technologies Loka works with.</li> <li>Autonomous: You are self-driven in a fully remote environment.</li> <li>Collaborative: You excel when working as part of a team.</li> <li>Adaptable: You operate with a startup mindset and move at a startup pace.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Every other Friday off (26 extra days off a year)</li> <li>Remote-first culture</li> <li>Explore and Relocation programs (three months work abroad or full international relo)</li> <li>Paid sick days and local holidays</li> <li>Business English classes program</li> <li>Continuous Learning Support</li> <li>Fitness and/or Mental Health Subscriptions</li> <li>Access to LokaLabs™, our internal research and development program</li> <li>Defined career path</li> </ul> <p><em>Your achievements matter to us!
