About the role
<p data-start="64" data-end="496">We’re looking for a motivated professional to join our team on temporary contract. <li><strong>Hunt for Hidden Gems –</strong> Master the art of candidate discovery through LinkedIn expertise, creative Boolean searches, job boards, and those "aha!" moments that uncover perfect-fit talent</li>
<li><strong>Become a Hiring Whisperer</strong> – Partner with our hiring managers to decode what they <em>really</em> need (beyond the obvious) and craft laser-focused sourcing strategies</li>
<li><strong>Guide the Journey</strong> – Coach managers through hiring decisions with insights that help them see beyond the resume to find their ideal team member</li>
<li><strong>Create Magic Moments</strong> – Design candidate experiences so memorable that people will want to join us even if we don't have the right role yet</li>
<li><strong>Think Outside the Recruiting Box</strong> – Dream up unconventional ways to connect with talent that make candidates think "I <em>need</em> to know more about this company"</li>
<li><strong>Level Up Our Leaders</strong> – Transform hiring managers into recruitment rockstars through training and mentorship</li>
<li><strong>Amplify Our Story</strong> – Help shape and broadcast what makes Novisto an irresistible place to build a career</li>
<li><strong>Drive Results with Data</strong> – Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to track search progress, present clear status updates to stakeholders, and pivot strategies quickly to ensure candidates are hired within business needs.</li>
<li><strong>Iterate and Elevate</strong> – Continuously refine our processes, turning good hiring practices into great ones</li>
<li><strong>Explore Beyond</strong> – Dive into broader HR initiatives and cross-functional projects that spark your curiosity as well as general HR support<br><br></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.</li>
<li>2+ years of sourcing and talent acquisition experience. </li>
<li>Strong experience sourcing candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter (A must);</li>
<li>Natural ability to connect with people and turn conversations into lasting professional relationships</li>
<li>Desire to help people succeed, whether it’s candidates, hiring managers or peers. </li>
<li>Empathetic, genuine, and energized by working with people from all walks of life</li>
<li>Tenacious, driven and ready to roll up your sleeves to deliver results;</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and communication skills (Bilingualism French and English);</li>
<li>Experience with Greenhouse ATS (an asset);</li>
<li>Experience with Predictive Index (an asset); </li>
<li>IT Startup experience (an asset).</li>
