You'll work across local and global teams, ensuring a seamless hiring experience while continuously improving recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.<br><br>For someone who enjoys combining recruitment delivery, business partnering, talent attraction, and continuous improvement, this role offers significant autonomy, variety, and impact.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities Include:</strong><br><br><strong>Talent Acquisition Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding support.</li> <li>Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes across Finance and Technology functions.</li> <li>Translate business requirements into effective sourcing and hiring strategies.</li> <li>Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining an excellent stakeholder and candidate experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Partnership</strong></p> <ul> <li>Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR Business Partners.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with stakeholders across India and global teams.</li> <li>Provide regular updates, market insights, and recruitment recommendations.</li> <li>Challenge and influence stakeholders constructively to drive effective hiring decisions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sourcing &amp; Candidate Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proactively identify and engage talent through a variety of sourcing channels.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li> <li>Ensure candidates remain informed, engaged, and connected throughout their hiring journey.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Recruitment Excellence &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leverage recruitment technology, systems, and sourcing tools to improve hiring outcomes.</li> <li>Analyse recruitment processes and identify opportunities for optimisation.</li> <li>Contribute ideas and best practices to improve the effectiveness of Talent Acquisition across Flora Food Group.</li> <li>Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment performance and candidate outcomes.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What Does It Take to Be Successful?</strong></p> <p>We're looking for a proactive, business-focused recruiter who combines strong delivery capability with excellent stakeholder management and a passion for finding great talent.</p> <p><strong>Recruitment Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience gained in-house, agency-side, or through a combination of both.</li> <li>Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently.</li> <li>Experience hiring Finance and/or Technology talent is highly desirable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Management &amp; Influence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.</li> <li>Ability to build credibility quickly with hiring managers and business leaders.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations effectively.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Sourcing &amp; Talent Attraction</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience proactively sourcing and engaging talent.</li> <li>Ability to build talent pipelines and identify creative approaches to attract candidates.</li> <li>Strong understanding of candidate markets and recruitment trends.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Continuous Improvement &amp; Technology</strong></p> <ul> <li>Curious about recruitment technology, sourcing tools, and market developments.</li> <li>Comfortable working with recruitment systems, data, and reporting.</li> <li>Interested in improving processes and challenging traditional ways of working.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal Attributes</strong></p> <ul> <li>Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.</li> <li>Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.</li> <li>Strong ownership mindset with a focus on quality and delivery.</li> <li>Passionate about candidate care and delivering an outstanding hiring experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>What’s next?</strong></p> <p>If you're passionate about sourcing talent, influencing stakeholders, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Application Deadline: </strong>3rd July 2026<br><br>For questions, you can reach out to Richard Hodgson, Talent Acquisition, via WhatsApp at +44(0)7884 603 724 or email at richard.hodgson@florafg.com</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">We understand your resume might not be up to date and recommend that you apply with what you have or your LinkedIn Profile.
