Coordinator/Specialist to serve as the central operational backbone of our People function, including supporting both recruiting execution and employee experience initiatives.    This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building structure, and takes pride in creating high-quality experiences for candidates and employees alike.  You’ll play a critical role in keeping our hiring engine running while helping support the systems, programs, and processes that shape our culture.  This is an onsite opportunity in our El Segundo, CA office. experience. </li> <li>At least 2+ years of experience in talent operations, recruiting coordination, or people operations in a technology environment. </li> <li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. </li> <li>High attention to detail with a systems-oriented mindset. </li> <li>Team player that can also work well independently. </li> <li>Excellent problem solving and time management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. </li> <li>Clear communicator with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. </li> <li>Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. </li> <li>Tech-savvy, must have experience with Greenhouse and comfortable operating in a Microsoft-based
