This role is at the heart of ensuring our people operations run seamlessly — from onboarding to offboarding, HR systems, compliance, analytics, and employee experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">You’ll work closely with our regional teams to strengthen processes, data accuracy, and compliance while continuously improving the employee experience across multiple countries.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What You Will Be Doing</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>HR Operations &amp; Systems</strong></span> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Own and manage end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle — onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure data integrity across HR systems (HiBob, MS Teams integrations, payroll tools, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with IT and Finance to streamline workflows, improve automation, and maintain employee records.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Oversee benefits administration, including insurance renewals, work-from-anywhere tracking, and regional compliance.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Compliance &amp; Governance</strong></span> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support policy implementation across regions (Singapore, India, UK, and others).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ensure compliance with local labor laws, visas, and employee documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain audit-ready records and assist in policy updates, version control, and communications.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>HR Analytics &amp; Reporting</strong></span> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with the Talent and Finance teams to support workforce planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify trends through data insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Employee Experience &amp; Engagement Support</strong></span> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Support key initiatives such as PMP cycles, check-ins, employee engagement surveys, and learning enablement logistics.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Be a trusted point of contact for employees on HR operational matters.</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
