<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Talent / People and Talent 🚀</strong><strong><br></strong>The Talent team builds the future of the company by supporting the business and hiring managers to find the best talent to help Capital on Tap grow. This role will be supporting our Customer Operations department - the heart of Capital on Tap, making sure everything runs smoothly for our customers. Whether that’s on the frontline with Customer Service or in the background with Fraud and Financial Crime and everything in between. You'll be taking briefs from hiring managers, sourcing the very best candidates and provide a great candidate experience along the way. </span></p>

<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including our CRM, Job Boards, LinkedIn, and WTTJ</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Providing a great candidate experience from application to offer</span></li>
<li style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Using data to inform and advise your hiring managers and iterate processes</span></li>
