As an embedded Senior Talent Partner you will work from first principles to craft talent strategies, design hiring processes, and hire world class talent for our US venture and growth clients. Chapter 2 transforms our client’s recruiting motions into decisive competitive advantage.

You will

  • Shape your talent strategy to attract top-performing Product talent, increasing talent density at a rapid pace.

  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify talent liquidity patterns.

  • Refine search to ensure deep penetration of the Product talent pool.

  • Analyze data and derive insights to optimize the hiring funnel.

  • Drive high-velocity execution of Product recruitment work-streams.

  • Engage, influence, and collaborate with Product leaders to increase talent density while reducing Time To Hire.

  • Optimize process to create exceptional candidate experience.

You bring

  • Passion for scaling high-performing teams building technology products that can change the world.

  • Strong experience working for high-velocity venture and growth stage B2B SaaS companies.

  • High agency. You navigate culture and influence stakeholders to remove blocks. Impossible is just something you haven’t discovered, yet.

  • High resilience. You understand hiring is probabilistic, and how you respond to set backs is more important than any single failure. You have grit.

  • You think deeply and reflect on problems before proposing solutions, but then execute them rapidly. You think slow, act fast.
