Role Overview
AGAD Technology is a Belgium-based IT services and consulting company headquartered in Brussels. We specialize in delivering innovative technology and talent solutions across Europe and beyond.
We are looking for a motivated Junior to Mid-Level Talent Sourcer to support our recruitment team by focusing on candidate sourcing, outreach, and pipeline building.
Contract is Minimum 3 months.
Possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Conduct outreach (messages, emails, calls) and engage candidates
- Perform initial screening of candidates
- Maintain strong communication and candidate experience
- Manage and update candidate data on internal systems (e.g., Odoo)
- Support recruiters with shortlists and candidate insights
Requirements
1–4 years of experience in recruitment or sourcing
Fluency in French or Dutch + English
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with LinkedIn sourcing (Boolean is a plus)
2 days onsite in Avenue Louise 65, Box 11, 1050 Bruxelles (Ixelles)
