As&nbsp;a&nbsp;small firm, we&nbsp;remain nimble and hold ourselves to&nbsp;the highest standards of&nbsp;integrity, ingenuity, and effort.</p> <p><strong>Role Highlights:</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a<strong>&nbsp;Talent Sourcer&nbsp;/ Recruiter</strong>&nbsp;to&nbsp;help identify and engage exceptional technical and quantitative talent. You will support sourcing, outreach, and interview coordination while learning to&nbsp;operate in&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-paced, high-standard environment.<br>This role is&nbsp;ideal for someone ambitious, detail-oriented, and motivated by&nbsp;performance and impact.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain candidate pipelines for highly selective technical roles (quant research, software engineering, trading operations, infrastructure) to&nbsp;support current and future hiring needs.</li> <li>Proactively source, identify, research, and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, Djinni, job boards, referrals, and niche communities (quant, code/dev, competitive programming), leveraging creative sourcing strategies (Boolean search, social networks, community channels).</li> <li>Identify and shortlist relevant profiles based on&nbsp;experience, achievements, tech stack, and location.</li> <li>Conduct initial screening, including resume evaluation against role requirements.</li> <li>Run outreach campaigns and manage candidate engagement, including personalized messaging, follow-ups, screening requests, and pipeline nurturing.</li> <li>Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to&nbsp;support the full recruitment cycle, including interview coordination, scheduling, and calendar management.</li> <li>Maintain and update the ATS, ensure accurate daily candidate status tracking, and support overall pipeline hygiene.</li> <li>Support market and talent research (hiring trends, layoffs, competitors, new sourcing channels).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree.</li> <li>Upper-Intermediate or&nbsp;higher level of&nbsp;English.</li> <li>2+&nbsp;years of&nbsp;experience in&nbsp;technical recruitment, talent sourcing, or&nbsp;recruitment coordination in&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-paced environment (software, fintech, gamedev or&nbsp;similar).</li> <li>Experience sourcing/recruiting in&nbsp;the&nbsp;US market.</li> <li>Proactive sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).</li> <li>Proficiency with modern recruiting tools (including&nbsp;LLM-based&nbsp;tools).</li> <li>Experience with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or&nbsp;similar) is&nbsp;highly beneficial.</li> <li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Ability to&nbsp;work independently, proactively in&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-paced, high-performance environment with high-quality standards.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, attention to&nbsp;detail.</li> <li>Ownership mindset.</li> <li>Interest in&nbsp;the trading domain will be&nbsp;a&nbsp;plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We&nbsp;Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation package</li> <li>Performance-based bonus opportunities</li> <li>Paid time off (25&nbsp;days)</li> <li>Healthcare and sports/gym budget</li> <li>Mental health support, including access to&nbsp;therapy</li> <li>Relocation support (where applicable)</li> <li>Learning and development support, including courses and certifications</li> <li>Clear growth opportunities within the recruitment team</li> <li>Access to&nbsp;professional tools, software, and resources</li> <li>Fully equipped workstations with high-quality hardware</li> <li>Modern office with paid lunches</li> <li>International team meet-ups</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our motivation:</strong></p> <p>We&nbsp;are a&nbsp;company committed to&nbsp;staying at&nbsp;the forefront of&nbsp;technology.
