We are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>Tax Manager -&nbsp; US Tax Accounting and Planning</strong> to join the Tax team in our Bangalore or Mumbai offices with prior exposure into (1120) for US legal entities (Corporations, Partnerships etc.)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Tax Manager US Tax Accounting and Planning is a key player supporting the various tax planning and reporting areas that are under the team’s responsibility.&nbsp;This role reports into the Vice President of US Tax Accounting and will involve supporting and assisting the team where applicable.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Role Responsibilities included:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Preparation of tax provision, effective tax rate, current and deferred tax calculations and return-to-provision adjustments for all US subsidiaries.</li> <li>Federal Tax Returns (1120) for US legal entities (Corporations, Partnerships etc.)</li> <li>Preparation preparation and completion of year-end tax provision, US federal taxable income forecasts, and estimated tax payment calculations.</li> <li>Assist with completion of other tax provision schedules including tax disclosures and reserves.</li> <li>Preparation of quarterly US taxable income forecasts and estimated tax payment calculations.</li> <li>Performs special assignments including tax planning projects &amp; transactional related assignments.</li> <li>Collection of cross-border transactions and related transfer pricing documentation.</li> <li>Managing requests for information requested by internal and external teams.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>What you'll need:</strong></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in Accounting or Taxation.</li> <li>(1120) for US legal entities (Corporations, Partnerships etc.)</li> <li>Post-graduate degree (MS Tax) or CPA a plus.</li> <li>Five (7) or more years of experience in Public Accounting (Big Four <u>only</u>)</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of US income tax rules and tax reporting obligations.</li> <li>Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Strong problem solving and organizational skills; high level of attention to details.</li> <li>Self-motivated, comprehends and responds constructively to instructions.</li> <li>Capable to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>You're open<em>:</em> </strong>We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
