Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing and delivering educational activities.
• Support students with special needs or learning difficulties on a one-to-one basis.
• Help manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe and inclusive environment.
• Provide feedback to teachers regarding student progress and challenges.
• Prepare materials and resources for lessons.
• Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Relevant experience working with children or in an educational environment.
• A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and student support.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in child development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the classroom.
