Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of educational materials.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, particularly those with special educational needs.
• Help maintain a positive learning environment through effective behavior management.
• Support teachers in monitoring student progress and providing feedback.
• Engage students in learning activities and foster a love for education.
• Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as lunch and recess.

Requirements

• Experience in an educational or childcare setting is preferred.
• A relevant qualification, such as a Certificate in Education or equivalent, is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude toward changing classroom dynamics.
