This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys motivating a team, engaging customers, and hitting performance goals in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a results-driven leader who can turn great service into <strong>consistent revenue and repeat business</strong>.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead, coach, and motivate team members to <strong>meet and exceed sales goals</strong>, including memberships, upgrades, and add-on services</li> <li>Actively engage with customers to <strong>promote wash packages and subscriptions</strong></li> <li>Support the General Manager in achieving <strong>budget, revenue, and performance targets</strong></li> <li>Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflows, high standards, and strong customer conversion</li> <li>Track performance, provide real-time coaching, and reinforce sales best practices</li> <li>Maintain inventory, follow company policies, and resolve operational or customer issues quickly</li> <li>Build a positive, high-energy culture focused on <strong>results, accountability, and customer loyalty</strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>1+ year of leadership experience in <strong>sales-driven environments</strong> (car wash, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses preferred)</li> <li>Proven ability to <strong>coach teams to sell</strong> and deliver great customer interactions</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment</li> <li>Basic computer and POS system experience</li> <li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li> <li>Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay &amp; Perks</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>$20.00 – $23.00/hour</strong>, based on experience</li> <li><strong>Quarterly site bonus tied to budget and performance results</strong></li> <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li> <li>$40/month Lifestyle Spending Account</li> <li>401(k) with employer match (after 60 days)</li> <li>Employee Assistance Program and voluntary benefits</li> </ul> <p><strong>Schedule</strong></p> <ul> <li>Open 7 days a week, 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM</li> <li>Weekend and holiday availability required</li> </ul> <p>If you’re energized by <strong>sales goals, team wins, and customer impact</strong>, this is your chance to grow with a company on the rise.
